GEN Z. is struggling with anxiety, depression, suicide and how to deal with life, leaving them feeling hopeless. Our goal is to help bring hope to this generation through inspirational and motivation avenues of school assemblies, speaking tours, coaching and digital content.
What's the why? We've been there. All of our speakers at BRIDGER have experienced hardships and tough circumstances to make life difficult, to the point of being hopeless.

Growing up, Alex faced many challenges and obstacles, from living in low-income housing with a single disabled mother, to not fitting in at school due to his background, to relying on substances to help him cope with life.
During his motivational speeches he shares what changed his world view, who embraced him and what altered his life choices. Alex began to live a purpose filled life of hope.
Today, Alex is an author, college graduate, a nationwide speaker and the founder / CEO of BRIDGER. Alex is also a husband of 5 years to Grace, and a dad to his kids, Alexander Jr.
and Selah - Grace.

Coordinating a school assembly or speaking session can be a lot of planning. Our team at BRIDGER wanted to help streamline any initial questions and concerns that you may have.
Question: What is the overall cost of an assembly / speaking session?
First, we try to never let money stop us from speaking to students. We travel to all parts of the US, and prices will vary based on your specific location. We ask that you submit the form below, and one of our team members will contact you, answer any questions, and let you know the assembly cost and/or schedule your event.
Question: How far in advance do we need to schedule?
That is a great question. Typically, our team needs a few weeks to coordinate an assembly. However, assembly & speaking session availability is based upon our current travel schedule.
Question: What does the organization need to provide for the assembly?
BRIDGER will bring everything needed for our assembly or speaking session; from a professional sound & media presentation setup, to a professional audio & visual team to run the assembly, to have a set-up & tear down team. BRIDGER will also provide all needed transportation, meals and lodging for the event. ALL we need you to provide is your auditorium / gymnasium and to bring all of your students. That is it.
Question: Is there a standard format for the assembly?
What does it look like?
Our format is simple, high energy & engaging. Our goal is to keep things relevant and engaging to our audience. Our assembly will be fast-paced, driven with multimedia & crowd participation, while diving into issues that students are dealing with each and everyday. Our professional speakers & presenters will communicate the pre-selected topics from your school, with special element transitions throughout the assembly.
Question: Who will be speaking and how long does a presentation last?
BRIDGER Assemblies intentionally focuses on bringing diversity through our team of professional communicators and presenters. The speakers will change based on geography and demographics of the school. Our presentation will last around 50 minutes. However, we are flexible to fit our program into the time slots available. We know school schedules can be tight.
